Be efficient, not hasty

We believe in thinking with tangible things, which is why prototyping is the backbone of our process. We know that rapid prototyping and fast, iterative approaches work best when we leave breathing room and think things through. So while we’re quick, we’re never reckless. Testing is how we determine if we’re on the right path.

Our approach

Think fast, but think it through

Solvers has domain experience in financial technology, health, commerce, and other industries where you can’t ever put compliance concerns aside. We’ll rip up our rule book (if we have to) because we know you can’t rip up yours. We’ll ask hard questions, of you, of ourselves, and about the solutions that are already out there, and we’ll ideate and iterate until we have something we can stand over. We use all the data available, from your internal reporting systems to user research and real customer feedback.

A prototype is worth a hundred** meetings

Asking people what they want or need can be helpful, and structured data is powerful, but a working prototype produces a layer of insight you can’t get any other way. Lots of companies build great digital products, but we want to create tools that help people solve their problems, and we want them to tell us the truth about how we’re doing. Whatever we make, whether it’s a prototype for you to test a new market, or a total rethink of an existing product, it will be aligned with real human needs. We know it's most important to be useful and usable, we just can't help wanting to create things that are beautiful, too.

**We know the saying is "a prototype is worth a thousand meetings," but really, who has a thousand meetings?
