Validating the user experience

At Solvers, we create experiences that we are confident people already want by using an approach we have come to know as validation as a service. When designing solutions, we use a user-centered approach and co-create with our clients and their users. This co-creation process allows us to ensure the experience is user validated or in other words, simple, intuitive and helpful in solving real consumer problems - all before writing a single line of code. To validate the user experience we first design solutions as digital prototypes based on user research, then we user test the experiences with real people to gather feedback that is applied to the next iteration before user testing again. We iterate until we are certain we have validated the user experience of the solution, and only then do we begin to build. This co-creation triangle of users, business and design working together iteratively, contributes to successful best-in-class digital product design and development.

Great user experiences aren’t designed accidentally

Our goal is to create experiences consumers already want, which is why we never move into the development phase until we have validated the user experience. We don’t provide misleading expectations or waste time and money by rushing through the co-creation process. Instead, we sell certainty - we allow our client’s users to co-create the experience and only build solutions we are confident consumers want. That’s why, when we do move into the development phase, our clients know their solution will be well-received by their end users. As a result, we have a habit of reducing cost, meeting business goals, exceeding expectations and most importantly delivering great experiences.

At Solvers we don’t just take you from idea to fully functioning solution. We can take you from an existing solution to a even better one. We recognize that there are many existing solutions that simply do not meet business goals or exceed user expectations. Although we believe in a validate first, build second approach, we have developed a service that allows us to analyze and validate the user experience of existing solutions and determine the necessary improvements.
